About Schileens Pub

Meet John and Eileen

John was born into his Family Business of Schillig’s Black Horse Farms & Irv Morrow’s Hideaway. In 1972, Eileen broke into the business as a Server, Bartender and Banquets.

They grabbed their five kids, took the plunge in 1995 to fulfill their dream. “The Kids supported us, and all started right to work.” Dana & Jen waitressed through college, Mike and Parker bartended, and Matt did all the computer work.

With lots of work from this family, we have been here since 1995 and plan on serving you for a long time to come.
